Check out this home workout video. In this 45 minute workout Lori and Lena take us through an awesome set of interval training. Interval training helps improve both your cardiovascular & respiratory health by stressing your body to abnormally high intensity levels within a safe range.

If you feel any pain or discomfort please stop and try to modify your exercise as to ensure you're comfortable. This exercise should be done with a healthy dose of tension however pain is not expected. Thanks to Lori and Lena for putting this together.
