Wrist pain can be a big problem. People may feel pain while doing downward dog, chaturanga, knees-chest-chin, handstands, crow, etc..
It’s important to stop when you feel pain. Think about what’s causing the pain and try to make changes to reduce pain; after you recover you can practice again. For example, while doing pushups I may need to move back slightly as in the video.
Always consult a doctor if you feel any pain. This video will show you how to roll your wrists. Rolling your wrists can reduce pain. Try rolling both before and after you practice.
