This video illustrates how to do a warm up flow. Performing warm-ups is important because it prepares the body for training. This sequence was arbitrarily called Vinyasa Flow B. In this flow we see how to go directly into a chadarunga from standing; when done properly, this should feel comfortable, and feel like one smooth movement. From chadarunga we move into an upward dog, and finally proceed into downward dog for five breaths.
