Both knee pain and back pain can be very serious. Try your best to take proactive steps to reduce it as early as possible. The video below shows a quick tactic you can utilize while sleeping to alleviate both knee and back pain. I suffered from clicking in my knees and a slipped disc in the past. This sleeping position helped me. If you're like me and find it hard to sleep on your back - try thinking of a a cool ocean breeze or some other abstraction that makes you happy while you focus on taking big full breaths.
